Intelligent Protection Switch of SLP Series
Introduction of the product
The front-end power switch will have a tripping operation in the
event of lightning, surge, leakage of electricity, over-current,
over-voltage. Because there is nobody on duty in the BS, we must
send some one to turn on the switch on the scene when the tripping
operation takes place. As a result, the workload of maintenance
will be increased and the BS will be made retired. So in order to
solve the problems above-mentioned, we can replace the switch at
the open-loop of the original AC open-loop with intelligent
protection switch. After it, in case of the protection switch being
cut because of the phenomenons above-mentioned, it will turn on
itself after inspecting by itself. So the intelligent protection
switch can keep the BS working normally and the maintenance workers
don’t need go to the scene to turn on the switch on the scene.

100~200mA.

Surge level: Live wire Earth wire: 6kV; Live wire Live wire: 3kV.
The intelligent protection switch can take a tripping operation to
protect itself effectively when being attacked.

turning on: voltage in line with the conditions.

Panel: Fault reset button; manual tripping button; manual switch
button; creepage testing button. LED lights display: over-voltage,
over-current, short circuit, creepage; normally turning on and off
the switch; detection benchmark of adjusting devices: over voltage
to 220V as the base, 10% of a block, over-voltage, under-voltage of
the 2 files; over-current 100A in the basis of a block of 10% down,

三、Situation of the tests
1 Through the full load rotating limit test in Mobile Company of
Zhejiang Province , it can still work normally after 10,000 times
of being turned on and off.
2 Through the performance test in Mobile Company of Zhejiang
Province, its performances all meet the requirement of the Mobil
Company.
3 Through the thunder-resistant performance test taken by the Test
Center of monitoring the thunder-resistant performance of the
products in Ministry of Information Industry, the thunder-resistant
performance of the product is up to15KV/7.5KA.
